My packaging was removed this morning. They applied polysporin inside the nostrils with a q-tip. I put some in this afternoon and then tonight again.I realized that after application (a lot of gel) my inner nose burns slightly and then it starts to eventually drip. I put on the gauge strip afterward to “catch” it. However I’ll be more stuffy for a while after, and it feels like there is mucus at the back of my throat (wanting to swallow type feeling). Is this normal? Before getting better?
