Hi so I know I still have some fat left but I currently weigh 190 pounds and used to weigh 250 pounds. I have significant loose skin as u will see with pics but I'm trying to avoid tummy tuck at all costs. Even if it only gave 50-70% improvement instead of 100%, could less invasive procedures like laser lipo or other minimally invasive like ultherapy fix most of my problem. I feel there must be procedures that can significantly help my body contour besides the tummy tuck. Any reccomendations?
Answer: Vaser Hi Def Hi there, Congrats on your weight loss journey, it is truly an accomplishment and commitment to get to your current weight. Looking at your pictures you would be an ideal candidate for Vaser HI def lipo, Vaser will help tighten your skin, laser lipo would also work but I find for male skin types that laser will yield the highest tightening. After your procedure you should have skin tightening with non invasive such as external RF devices which will help you maintain and get the best results! You are definitely a great candidate for these procedures.

Answer: What to do Thanks for the question and congrats on the weight loss. My first statement would be to maximize your weight loss because if you lose more weight your body will change more and you don't want to have surgery on a moving physical target. My advice for most men unless they have a huge amount of skin is to do VASER lipo because you can get a really good result with minimal scarring or downtime which are all things that are very important to men. Good luck!

Answer: Tum. lipo with the smaller canulas and later inmode radiofrequency treatments should do the trick. Getting liposuction under local with the smaller canulas will help a lot in getting rid of the remaining annoying fat and help contract the skin a lot. Then follow up with the noninvasive radiofrequency BodyFX treatment for further tightening and smoothing out the results. There you go.
