About two weeks ago I had all the filler from the past removed under my eyes because of “what looked like” water bags or bug bites under my eyes. I want to have the area filled again. I look horrible. Is this fixable and how long would I wait?
Answer: When To Re-Treat After Dissolving Filler I would wait 2 weeks after dissolving your old filler to have new filler placed. You may also need a skin tightening treatment to help your under eyes. PRP alone will not replace lost volume. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician injector. I use microcannulas under the eye to limit risk of complications. Best wishes.

Answer: Improving Under Eye with Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk), Fraxel, Microneedling/PRP At this point, you can have filler again, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Repeating undereye filler after hyaluronidase treatment I typically ask patients to wait 7-14 days after having undereye filler dissolved using hyaluronidase before reinjecting the undereyes. My preferred filler the tear troughs is Restylane and I inject it using a blunt tip microcannula to minimize bruising and swelling. I do think you have undereye volume loss which would improve with filler treatment.

Answer: Under eye bags Look into get PRP injections for under eye bags. the treatments look natural . In our office we recommend PRP injections due to its healing and rejuvenating properties due to the growth factors that stimulate collagen. Any treatment for undereyes will need maintenance because there is no way to stop the aging process but we can most definitely reverse signs of aging. What better way to do it than your own blood.
