At the moment, it may be too soon to evaluate your final results. The full results of a new growth cycle usually takes between 4-6 months. However, if you are concerned about having a wide brow shape, you may want to discuss this with your doctor and see if he or she could provide a solution. If you still feel that your brows appear harsher than you would like after waiting, this may be due to the thickness of scalp hairs used. Let everything heal and see how you feel, everyone feels like they are "bold" after transplant because you have not adjusted to the new hairs.  You can shape them how you wish after but give it at least 4-6 months before you consider if they are too much for you.

They will always look exaggerated during the immediate post op period because of the scabbing as well as the swelling that may not be fully resolved yet.  The only thing you can really do at this time is see how it grows in and try not to freak out!  Worst case is you can laser hairs away in the future.  This is obviously not idea, but at least it is possible.  Good luck! You need to give it more time to settle down. It has only been a week. As with FUE of the scalp, you would need to give it  a good 8 months to a year to see what you have....keeping in mind that you will have to trim and manage it.   Also, this is a slightly different look for you and you're not used to it.

Hi, Your eyebrows should soften up. Also, not sure if the DR. told you that you do have to spend time training your eyebrows to grow the right way. If you don't they are going to grow as long as the hair on the back of your head where they took it from. I think that once you get the training down you will be fine. Remember not to tweeze or wax them, Just cut them with an eyebrow scissor. 

The best way to determine what the eyebrow transplant will look like is to see what it looked like right after it was performed,  The angles that were created the day of the surgery is the angle that you will get after growth appears

At only 1 week it is too soon to tell. The hairs that were transplanted will shed at around 3-4 weeks and the new hairs will start to grow in at around 3-4 months and take a full year for all of the new hairs to grow. It is always best to ask the doctor that performed the procedure if you have any questions or concerns. That way if anything is not what was agreed upon, the necessary changes can be made.
