Bruised hurt toe is it ok to go into surgery for BBL if my toe is sprained or broken?

My big toe is bruised a jar fell on my nail for the past 4 days its been hurting iam now going to er to see if its infected my surgery for my bbl is tues 2 days would this be a problem.. I would like to know if its in deed infected would that be a concern and if its not can i still get the surgery thank you
