Not looking like 530cc (Photo)

Dear smtowngrl,dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position.I understand that you are worried about the size of your breasts. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. you must understand that you will still be significantly larger and fuller from where you started and you do not look like a B cup in your photos.  Your breasts will soften and implants settle and they will become more integrated into your body image.  As for sizing, was your surgeon at liberty to use his/her judgment as to what ultimately was put in?  If so, you put yourself in a situation where many end up with less due to  their surgeon's freedom to use what he/she felt was best.  In my practice, my patients pick a size and we stick with that as pre-op measurements will determine what can and cannot fit so I have never had the situation where I could not place what was desired.  Overall, you look great and its anticipated you should have the desired outcome down the road.

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well...I understand your concern, but it is still too early to see results , since it is the phase of inflammation that may take 4-6 months to complete , my recommendation is to wait this time for that is where you can see how it evolves within and you will be able to see the final result.Ideally, you go where your plastic surgeon expose your doubts and explain everything about the subject.

Thank you for your question. You are in very early healing phase. 530 cc implant is large. Your breast will continue to change in the coming several weeks. Please follow instructions from your PS and re evaluate in 3-4 months.

As you know, all companies make bras differently and there is no standardization in cup size. I tell my patients that if you have a 32-34 chest circumference, an implant of about 150-200 cc will give you 1 cup size increase. Therefore, I expect that with 530cc implants, you have gone up at least 2 cup sizes if not more. If you are concerned about the fullness on the top of the breast, that changes over time as the implants settle into their final position over the first 3 months. I also tell patients that your body decides how large an implant can be put in safely and naturally and therefore decisions are made in the operating room as to final implant size. Followup with your surgeon and discuss any concerns you might have with them.

It can be determined not just by the breast size, but also by how tight the woman likes her bra to fit, the shape of the breast, and the bra brand.That being said, from your pictures, I believe your are significantly larger than the average "B" size and I think you will find that this is true when you buy new bras in the future.Hopefully your fitting really emphasized the look you want and not exactly what bra size you will wear in the future. Your look is really what is important, not the letter on the tag of your underwear. Congratulations on your breast augmentation.  Your only two weeks  after surgery of the implants have dropped into position.  530 cc implants are quite large that I assure you will be a D cup eventually and probably double D cup and Victoria secret.
