I recently had lateral canthopexy and fat repositioning , but my doctor said that the inside stitches are not dissolvable, and that i should never lift heavy weights again or the stitches might break open, does that mean i cant workout or lift weights anymore??,she also said that after a while fibrosis tissues will form around the stitches and these will help stick the eyelid corners in their new place ,but these too might cutout with the stitches if i lift heavy weights.
