Will my butt implants be this tight forever? Will they drop and fluff out?

I had my 400 cc butt implants done days ago and they are still sitting very high and my butt is feeling very tight. I’m not sure if the tightness is due to the swelling or implant. Will it get better? Also will the fluff happen as when I walk now they are very stiff.

If you are only several days or even weeks out from surgery then what you are experiencing is completely normal. It takes months for things to start loosening and softening and up to six or seven months for things to be fully settled into place and “fluffed” out. Glad to help.

you seem to be healing normally and the implants should drop and fluff within a few weeks.  Be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.
