Butt implant poking out. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

Hi, I had but implants placed inside the muscle over a month ago. Unfortunately one side the implant poke through the muscle and is now very noticeable and touchable. I wonder if this can be fixed somehow. Would be possible to stichy the muscle together so the implant stay inside the muscle? The bump on my butt pic is actually the implant poking out.

If you are only one month postop and you can already see and feel the implant “poking out”, then it is unlikely it was ever under the muscle. It can be fixed but it will have to be completely redone and place deeper into the intra-muscular tissue plane. Glad to help.

Please be sure to check in with your implanting surgeon. It is VERY important that you choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and has stats, patient testimonials and a large gallery.  I see patients from around the world because its my specialty.  Don't choose a plastic surgeon based on convenience OR price.
