Why am I getting a burning hot sensation around my hips and waist line 9 days after a tummy tuck and lipo sculpture?

I'm sorry that you're having discomfort to level that you are weeping. If you're that much pain the first solution would be to visit with your plastic surgeon ASAP. This burning sensation  could represent healing or could represent irritation of a specific nerve that gives you feeling in that area. This should resolve but once again immediate evaluation by your plastic surgeon is warranted

This might be the nerves "waking up" after your tummy tuck.  However, check with your plastic surgeon to make sure everything is ok.

HI Gisel. There will be some sensations after your procedure due to nerves and the surgery itself. Call your surgeon and get in to see him/her so you can voice your concern with pain and have your questions ready for him/her. Your doctor wants your procedure to be successful with as little discomfort as needed so it is important that you have a chat to understand what is going on. Good luck!
