Is JPlasma/Renuvion after lipo/TT a good option for my skin elasticity at 45 years old? (photos)

Your photos suggest that Renuvion absolutely is a good option-it will shrink the fibers that hold your skin & fat together and connect them to your muscle. When those vertical fibers are treated, it draws the tissue towards muscle (so that it doesn't sag). I reserve tissue removal when there is excess tissue that hangs, which you don't have right now. From your photos it appears you will have the best results from a standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring. This will remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. The liposuction of the back and flanks will enhance your results. If you have poor skin elasticity the J Plasma will be minimally beneficial.

Once the muscle is tightened and the abdomen is flat, there may be excess skin which will need the tuck to be removed. The mini-tuck should work well for you with liposuction to the upper abdomen and flanks.
