Is JPlasma/Renuvion after lipo/TT a good option for my skin elasticity at 45 years old? (photos)

I am 45, and planning to have a mini tummy tuck and liposuction on my back and flanks. I am 5’5” and weigh 145lbs. I have lost the elasticity in my skin (age, sun damage) and the surgeon is recommending J Plasma after the lipo. I had several consults and the other said they don’t believe in technology and it’s not worth it. The only thing to remove the loose skin is an excision. I am desperate for more professional opinions
