Possible to lower nose tip, lower columella, decrease height and width of alar, and lower nostrils simultaneously? (Photos)

realselfuser43Feb 23, 2026

I am an 18 year old Asian who is very dissatisfied with their nose projection, tip height, nostril height, and columella height. Is it possible to change all of these things simultaneously? Most rhinoplasties I've seen only change one or two major parts of their nose, so I am weary that changing all of the aspects I mention above at the same time is not possible. I was born female, but I wish to appear more androgynous / mature. My current nose is upturned like a pig's snout, which makes me look much younger than I wish, and not in a very attractive manner. The first picture is my current, unmodified nose, and the second picture is the way I'd like my nose to look (edited it in a drawing app).
