I have undergone septorhinoplasty surgery on Jan, 2024. However, i have noticed that it is easier for me to breathe than before but the nose is still crooked on the bridge and it is unaligned. Would you please help me to overcome this frustration?

Answer: Straightening the crooked nose Hello and thank you for your question. Whereas it is very normal to be swollen at six months still, depending on the surgical techniques used by your surgeon this asymmetry may or may not improve with time. If it does not, then you will likely need a revision with spreader grafts, placed to improve the mid vault asymmetry. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Answer: Crocker nose after rhinoplasty We usually recommend patients to wait for at least one year after rhinoplasty before doing surgical revision. Your current problem can be treated with minimal amount of soft tissue filler; filler stays on the nose for very long time. You should discuss options of revision with your surgeon. Good luck.
