From your photos you appear to be a candidate for chin Botox. It should soften the dimpling appearance. The treatment is done in the office with final results seen after 14 days. They will fade gradually over three to four months typically. See an expert injector near you for treatment.
Botox is effective for Mentalis strain to a degree. It appears that you would benefit from chin augmentation surgery as well. A sliding genioplasty advances the bone and muscles and should improve/alleviate the mentalis strain. A chin implant may not be as effective though it would also improve the lower facial balance.
Based on your photos, you may be a good candidate for Botox injections to your chin. In our practice, we typically start with 12.5 units. The only question I have is whether or not it may affect your lip incontinence. I think a small dose is worth a try. If you don't like it it will wear off in three months. hope. Hope this helps!
