4 months after masseter Botox, will my face return to its previous shape or stay thin? (photos)

I got Botox injected in my masseter 4 months ago. The doctor said it will go to it previous state after 3 months. But I’m 4 months out. And my face is still not to the previous state… I can feel my masseter muscle, very hard again. But still a thinning face….
