I got Botox injected in my masseter 4 months ago. The doctor said it will go to it previous state after 3 months. But I’m 4 months out. And my face is still not to the previous state… I can feel my masseter muscle, very hard again. But still a thinning face….

Botox works very well to relax the masseter muscles. When it gets smaller - it will take time for the muscles to return to full strength after 3-4 months. When it does - the slimmer shape takes time for the muscles to get larger again. Please watch the video link to fully understand how this works.

Botox effects are temporary.  Typically the results will last three to four months and fade gradually, though some patients find it lasts longer.  As the product wears off you will return to your pre-treatment look.
