How can I fix my lips and jawline to have more of a v shape & smaller chin? (Photos)

I wish to have more of a v shape and smaller chin. I wish for a more feminine appearance. As well as fix the weird pout lip i have and make them bigger. I was thinking of getting massater botox and a lil flip/and fillers.

You have a beautifully shaped jaw line and chin. I would not add any more volume in the chin as the side profile may be lengthened and look too long. (No Jay Leno Chins!) I would recommend Botox in the masseters to slim the jaw line. When looking for a provider - ask them how long they have been injecting Botox in the masseters and to explain why they are giving the number of units they are giving. Many injectors are still "learning" this and some are under or overdosing based on guessing. It should be done based on the size of the muscle. That comes with experience and a precise protocol. Thanks for sharing your photos. You have very beautiful features but I see your concerns. You also have a good idea of what to do but need some guidance from a proper evaluation from a skilled and experienced, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. There are other features to consider in the process to achieve your more contoured goals such as the cheeks, jowl laxity, jawline definition and as you mentioned masseter fullness. Options to review include: 
•	Non-surgical: tretinoin (retinoids) for skin tightening 
•	Minimally invasive: fillers, mini-lipo-contouring
•	Surgical: appears unnecessary at this time
