Implant removal with fat transfer 1 year post op. Is fibrous fat common and are there methods around this?

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. You don’t say if the photo is before or after the fat transfer. You don’t have a lot of fat stores available for transfer so it’s going to be hard to find enough fat for a second fat transfer and even more difficult to get it to take.,
