Answer: Fat transfer Dear Graceful635547, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfer You can try fat transfer but I don’t think you’d get much of a result. If you don’t want implants probably better off doing nothing at all

Answer: I was told I have too much loose skin and not enough fat for fat grafting You appear to have sufficient fat .I would harvest from you abdomen, waist ,back and thighs .I would then combine the fat with PRF obtained from your blood . I use a similar technique in other areas of fat grafting.

Answer: Treatment options If you want quality outcomes you should stay with tried-and-true procedures. The holy grail of non surgical skin tightening has been claimed by many but in reality results continue to disappoint. My first hand experience using J plasma aka Renuvion showed no difference between liposuction alone. Using objective measurements and patient feedback the device grossly fails to deliver what it claims. If you want a tight flat abdomen then you need a tummy tuck. Nobody wants to have one but it is the only procedure that will accomplish what you are looking for. Breast fat transfer can increase breast volume but has no effect on breast shape. It will not enhance fullness in the upper half of the breast. fat graft will survive based on where there is post tissue in the upper half of your breast is devoid of host tissue to support the graft. any attempt at over grafting will simply lead to graft failure. Most likely I would graft 500 mL per side but your desire for upper pole fullness well I only come by placing an appropriate implant. Implants and a full tummy tuck is the correct procedure and will deliver what you hope to achieve. Your current proposed plan will not deliver impressive results and will most likely be a disappointment. My practice has been devoted to liposuction and fat transfer for over a decade. You are not a great candidate for liposuction and fat transfer based on what you described. In the end the decision of what procedure you choose should be based on what you’re trying to achieve and what you’re willing to go through. Don’t look at names of equipment when it comes to delivering quality results. Talented plastic surgeons have what they need to do quality work. The choice of provider is the only decision that matters and the correct plastic surgeon will steer patients towards the correct procedure. If you’re simply looking to reduce the fat thickness of your mid torso the liposuction will do that but it will not create the necessary skin tightening to reverse pregnancy related changes.
