Had 370cc mentor boost implant place subgladular. Included is post op pic and 6 week pic. Also included goal pic. Would fat transfer and lift fix the issues of sagging, lack of fullness?
Answer: Implants No, you need a lift to correct the sagging of your breasts. Implants do not correct sagging, but just increase volume.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Warmhearted550608, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Best procedure option Your best option is to add a breast lift and if you want to go up in size increase implant size. There are some advantages to going submuscular but if there’s nothing wrong with your augmentation it’s probably better to keep the current implant position. There are some inherent risks with doing an augmentation combined with a breast lift as a single procedure. Having had documentation done previously will reduce the chance of wound healing complications with the breast lift so there are some advantages to doing these as separate procedures. Follow up with your provider to talk about surgery options or get a second opinion by having in person consultations with other board-certified plastic surgeons. There’s no particular advantage to adding fat transfer if you already have implants. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
