It is hard to answer your question without better photos or an in person consultation. That being said, if you are concerned with a lower abdominal 'pooch' the best option is likely a mini tummy tuck or ultra high definition tummy tuck. If your abdominal muscle is protruding then the ultra high definition tummy tuck is your best option. Well done tummy tuck should create a straight B line between your sternum and pubic bone. For those who have excessive amounts of intra-abdominal or a visceral fat the abdomen will bulge even against aggressive muscle tightening. In patients who are more barrel chested or whose sternum sits in front of their pubic bone the upper abdomen will often bulge in comparison to the lower abdomen from aggressive muscle tightening.The fat layer is pulled thin when the skin is pulled tight during a tummy tuck. Just like a rubber band becomes then when pulled tight.Liposuction is generally not going to contribute all that much to the front of the abdomen because this area was successfully treated by pulling the skin tight. Usually Liposuction is far more effective and needed in the areas that were treated by the time we talk. These are generally the sides and the back. there’s no way to redo the muscle tightening or skin tightening part of a tummy tuck without redoing the entire procedure.Unfortunately your pictures aren’t really sufficient to make a solid assessment. It would help if you should proper before and after pictures taken by your surgeon.
