Female 26, semi athletic build. Wondering if thigh lipo, specially inner thigh lipo would give me the look Im wanting

If someone is healthy and their skin snaps back properly, I find inner thigh lipo on a fit 26-year-old straightforward, but these are different obstacles than lipo on an overweight individual. With such a tiny subcutaneous layer, any inconsistency is immediately apparent as either a hollow or a ridge, and the skin on a fit woman's inner thighs can stretch back surprisingly well, up to a certain point. This problem is avoided through SAFE lipo with tiny cannulas and consistent depth, or VASER with the same careful protocol.

Inner thigh liposuction can be a great option for patients who are already relatively fit and athletic but struggle with stubborn fat in the inner thighs that does not improve with diet and exercise. The best candidates typically have good skin elasticity and are looking for improved contour and thigh separation rather than major weight loss.
Whether it will give you the exact look you’re wanting depends on your anatomy, skin quality, muscle structure, and how much fullness is coming from fat versus skin laxity. In some patients, liposuction alone creates a very nice slimming effect, while others may benefit from additional skin-tightening treatments if there is looseness in the area.
