Is Laser lipo effective and safe to be used for breast size reduction?

Hi I am a 37 year old female,55kg,160 height. Being a petit women 30E/ F looks large and is uncomfotrable. The full on surgical procedure seems too invasive, expensive and also leaves a large scar. I was wondering if laser lipo can create size reduction and is safe procedure for breast?

Liposuction to the breasts is reasonable if you are trying to reduce the size of the breasts modestly. Liposuction is a great way to remove fatty tissue, but it doesn't do much to tighten the skin, so just like anywhere else on the body, if you liposuction too much, you can get contour irregularities and/or loose skin. Even if you combine the liposuction with a skin tightening procedure, there's only so much breast tissue you can remove without creating skin laxity, which obviously isn't a very desirable result.
Another factor your surgeon will need to take into account is the composition of the breast tissue itself. Some breast tissue is fatty, and some of it is dense tissue (glandular tissue, supportive tissue, and ducts). The fatty tissue can be removed with liposuction. The dense glandular tissue can't be pulled out through a liposuction cannula. When women are younger, they tend to have more dense tissue, and as they age, the tissue becomes less dense and more fatty. So as a woman's breast tissue becomes less dense, the tissue becomes easier to liposuction, but unfortunately their skin elasticity isn't the same as when they were younger. For those reasons, when it comes to breast reduction, most surgeons are going to opt for excision of the breast tissue rather than liposuction.

A large part of breast reduction surgery is reducing the excessively large skin envelope that goes with a large breast.
There’s really no good way around this.
Without pictures we can’t begin to make an assessment.
If you’re having physiological symptoms like neck and back pain or skin rashes, then the procedure will most likely be covered by medical insurance.
You should not have to pay cash for a breast reduction if your breast are symptomatically large.
Breast reduction surgery does have some real risks involved.
Despite this, it has one of the highest patient satisfactions of all plastic surgery procedures.
My experience has been that even patients are due to develop complications are in the end happy they did the procedure and would do it again.
To minimize the chance of having complications, I recommend finding surgeons who have extensive breast reduction experience.
If you don’t know who to consult with then try to look up who does most of the breast cancer reconstruction in your community.
Plastic surgeons to do a lot of breast cancer reconstruction usually have extensive experience with all aspects of breast surgery.
 Usually, the plastic surgeons to do the most breast reduction surgery are also surgeons willing to accept medical insurance.
I suggest you have several in person consultations for plastic surgeons in your community.
Find out what plastic surgeons are on your insurance plan or make sure you ask if the surgeon is willing to accept medical insurance when you make the appointments.
