Question

560cc round implants in muscles. 2 days ago When I touched my left bum cheek I felt its a square shape instead of round. On photos you hardly see any difference. Is it possible tge inplant flipped? If so is there any chance to move it back to the right place without surgery? Thanks.

Your implants look good.  The implants are large for your size but at least you are healing well.  If you feel that your implant has flipped OR if you are having any pain/ discomfort be sure to consult your surgeon right away.

Implant flipping is a sign that your implant is not completely intramuscular; this means that your implant partially cut through the muscle lining so that it is partially outside of your muscle allowing more space for it to flip; you can actually flip your implant back, but it may flip back when you are performing more physical activities. The permanent fix would be to repair the area that has torn and for you to consider slightly smaller implants that don't press on your muscle fascia.
