Butt Implants gone wrong. I'm looking for a good Doctor-Who's Best at Butt Implants?

I had a surgery 1year ago inside the musc. (intramuscular)Right after the surgery the impl. were more higher&came more down my back with the time.My doc said that it would be normal&all of his patients would like to have the impl.more down(butt not me,i want it more up) he said it was normal that u can see the implants while doing sport in the gym.(Unbelieveable4me).He would change to silicone impl. DOUBLE CONVEX but he still says that you would see it while doing sports and he wants money again
