Butt Implants gone wrong. I'm looking for a good Doctor-Who's Best at Butt Implants?

 Although an in person physical exam is necessary before providing any formal recommendations, the problem you are experiencing typically occurs when either the implant is on top of the muscle (or "subfascial") and/or when a round implant is inserted instead of a anatomic shaped implant such as the Stanton Anatomic buttuck implant - created to help minimize this type of problem. Implant malposition and implant visualization is evidence of poor surgical technique. When proper implant size and positioning is chosen, all of these concerns can be avoided. At this point, you need a revision, which can be performed to reposition the implant, and evaluation of implant size in order to choose an ideal implant size that will not be malpositioned or visualized. 

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Based on your photos, I can understand your concern. I certainly think that your implants need to be replaced and re-positioned, as they should not be visible during the activities you are mentioning. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
