As long as the potential patient is otherwise healthy without medical problems, there is no specific weight limits for buttock implant surgery. On petite patients, the key is to select the appropriately proportioned implant for their small frame and, of course, place the implant within the muscle not "subfascial" or on top.  Glad to be of help.
