What matters most is the native dimensions of a patients buttock. Because the implants are best positioned within the gluteus maximuss muscle, the starting width and length of this muscle specifically are most important in selecting an implant size. The only way to figure this out is to visit a plastic surgeon buttock implant specialist whom can perform a physical exam and take your measurements. Glad to be of help.

You would have to be seen in person to determine what an appropriate size or procedure is for you. Buttock augmentation can be done with fat or implants. Implants of that size are not available in the US.
