While there is a higher chance of noticing rippling of the implants under your breasts you will immediately know if one ruptures. Placing a saline breast implant below the muscle followed by a breast lift should give you the result you desire. It does appear you have a noticeable size difference between your two breasts so it is likely you will require two different sized breast implants.
The best thing to do is achieve your desired weight goal and maintain it for 2-3 months before surgery. This will help ensure you have the best final result!

Your second photo, with arms down, show that your breasts do sag and need a lift. Your wish photo is not pretty with the lady with round hard balls on her chest. I would suggest placing the implants behind the muscle for better long-term support, less sagging, and avoid seeing the implant edge. I also don't like gummy bear implants since they are too firm.
