Tip skin shrink-wrapping too much, should I have revision with fascia? (Photos)

I have really thin skin and my tip is shrinking too much. It is pretty obvious he removed less cartilage from the right side, at almost the middle of my tip, a bit more to the right, I feel cartilage that is trying to poke through, there is sometimes a white spot there, especially when I smile the skin there blanches. What can I do? Will this only get worse? My surgeon didnt use fascia, should I have a revision with fascia?

"Shrink Wrap" is associated with thin, light skin, and firm nasal tip cartilages, and further rhinoplasty surgery does not prevent this from occurring again.
