Although it's been two months since your operation, you might still be experiencing some delayed swelling and some movement in your lips. I would follow this up with your surgeon as the implants might need repositioning. 

Hello,I assume you have the Permalip (Surgisil) implant.  Lip implants are notorious for this sort of issue.  The implants float in the extrememly mobile soft tissue of the lip which isn't conducive to high success rates.  I offer the procedure to my patients even though these problems are so common only because of the relatively minimal invasiveness of placing and removing the implants.  Improper placement certainly will doom the procedure, but perfect placement still has frequent problems such as yours.  In short, when you have a problem like yours, the only solution I have found to work is to remove the implants, allow the lips to heal for a few months, and put the implants back in.  I am not familiar with any fixation technique that would solve your problem without removal.  Being that you are only two months out, you could give it some more time, but I doubt the problem will go away on its own.

Hopefully with scar capsule contraction, the implant will become immobile. The implant will not correct itself if appears off center. If you are past 6 weeks from the procedure, it is unlikely due to a hematoma or swelling asymmetries. If the lip implant is diagnosed to be on one side more than the other , a simple procedure opening one incision and puling the implant to center is recommended.The most common cause of a ill-centered implant is that the surgeon dissected the implant pocket too large. The enlarged pocket can cause the implant to be more mobile (usually does not more laterally) and can be placed asymmetrically. Hopefully healing corrects the asymmetries but this is unlikely.Have your surgeon examine you and determine if the implant is in the center of the lip, this is important. an alternative to repeat surgery is to use dermal fillers to either the lip border (vermilion) or the bulk of the lip.I hope these recommendations were helpful.
