After five days to a week you will be able to resume sexual activities. There is certainly a risk of hematoma with vigorous activity. However, it is up to your surgeon to determine your post-op restrictions.
I would definitely wait to engage in masturbation until your swelling is down and if you are bruised or developing a bruise. Once this is settled, you should be fine. I would also wait for a good 4-6 weeks before engaging in any sexual activity that involves strenuous manipulation of the breasts.

You should get clearance from your own surgeon. I don't see a particular problem with this provided the sexual activity does not involve your breasts.
Each surgeon has slightly different recommendations. In general I advise my patients to avoid any activity that raises the heart rate or blood pressure during the first 3-4 weeks after surgery, as this is the period at highest risk for having a bleeding problem. I hope this helps - good luck!
I would avoid this. At just four days post op you are still at significant risk of bruising and/or bleeding if your blood pressure becomes elevated - which it would if you masturbate. Check with your surgeon regarding when it would be safe to engage in sexual activities. Best wishes, Dr Lepore.
You may have strained a muscle or stretched some scar tissue. If this doesn't resolve or only gets worse with time (e.g. over the next 2-4 weeks), then I would revisit with your plastic surgeon who may be able to determine if there is a developing capsular contracture or any other problem...

This appears to be a suture which is spitting through the skin. This needs to be addressed by the plastic surgeon. It is common with absorbable sutures.
