Answer: After surgery After five days to a week you will be able to resume sexual activities. There is certainly a risk of hematoma with vigorous activity. However, it is up to your surgeon to determine your post-op restrictions.

Answer: Breast augmentatio and sexual activity I would definitely wait to engage in masturbation until your swelling is down and if you are bruised or developing a bruise. Once this is settled, you should be fine. I would also wait for a good 4-6 weeks before engaging in any sexual activity that involves strenuous manipulation of the breasts.

In general I advise my patients to avoid any activity that raises the heart rate or blood pressure during the first 3-4 weeks after surgery, as this is the period at highest risk for having a bleeding problem.
