Hi.. thank you for the question... Every Board Certified Plastic Surgeon have different indications.. you should consult this with your PS to avoid any problem..
After five days to a week you will be able to resume sexual activities. There is certainly a risk of hematoma with vigorous activity. However, it is up to your surgeon to determine your post-op restrictions.
I would definitely wait to engage in masturbation until your swelling is down and if you are bruised or developing a bruise. Once this is settled, you should be fine. I would also wait for a good 4-6 weeks before engaging in any sexual activity that involves strenuous manipulation of the breasts.
As long as there is no manipulation of the breasts, you should be fine. Ask for your surgeon's opinion. All the best,Dr. JSB
You should get clearance from your own surgeon. I don't see a particular problem with this provided the sexual activity does not involve your breasts.
Each surgeon has slightly different recommendations. In general I advise my patients to avoid any activity that raises the heart rate or blood pressure during the first 3-4 weeks after surgery, as this is the period at highest risk for having a bleeding problem. I hope this helps - good luck!
I would avoid this. At just four days post op you are still at significant risk of bruising and/or bleeding if your blood pressure becomes elevated - which it would if you masturbate. Check with your surgeon regarding when it would be safe to engage in sexual activities. Best wishes, Dr Lepore.

Hello evethr. There's no way to make a diagnosis online and to give you a recommendation for surgery, size or type of breast implant without an examination. So this is just a guess. I prefer moderate + for those who want a more natural result and HP for more upper pole and a more fake result....
This appears to be a suture which is spitting through the skin. This needs to be addressed by the plastic surgeon. It is common with absorbable sutures.
It is hard to tell from the photograph but it appears that the darker parts of the nipple are the congested areas. I would call the plastic surgeon.
A difference of 75 cc is indeed rather large. The only way to tell if this is appropriate is to be in the operating room.
It is most likely a tear in the implant capsule, not a muscle tear. Either way, the treatment is the same, patience and pain control. Do not do anything that aggravates the pain. Cut back on your physical activities. This may take several months before the pain completely...
