Will brow bone shaving/lifting help create symmetrical brow bones for me? (Photo)

Brow bone shaving and eyebrow symmetry. The brow bone can be reduced and made symmetrical and your low eyebrow lifted. They will not be perfectly the same. 

Hi there. It's hard to fully appreciate your concerns based upon these photos. I think you need an in person evaluation. That being said, the first thing I would consider in terms of brow sculpting is filler. An examination will help determine if you are a candidate for this and if filler injections may address your concerns. Hope that helps.

Contouring of the brow bone is a relatively simple procedure for an experienced surgeon, but whether or not it is appropriate for you would require an exam, or at the least full photos. There  are other factors that can lead to such asymmetry that require different solutions. 

Orbital bony contouring (brow bone shaving) can improve bone symmetry. However improving symmetry of the brow hair can be more difficult. Reasonable goals can be established at the time of examination. The thickness of the brows can be altered with electrolysis or laser treatment.
