I tried botox twice in the past to lift my inner eyebrows so my eyelids and eyes can be larger giving a less asian appearance and it didn't work. I had an endoscopic brow lift 7 months ago where the Doc said he also put sutures underneath the inner brow edges so that it wouldn't fall back down and he cut the depressor muscles. The desired eyebrow appearance lasted for 3 weeks. Now 7 months later, My inner eyebrows are depressed. Another doctor said a Trichophytic brow lift would work.

Fat transfer can smooth out any irregularities of the skin sometimes this has to be combined with a procedure known as subcision. A nonsurgical means of dealing with irregularities is filler injection like hyaluronic acid.
