Who do I look for to reshape my hairline? (photo)

Question

I have a small forehead, I would like it to be a bit bigger. I am unhappy with how it looks. It’s a bit messy and my goal is to have it look more clean and neat. I know I would need to laser some hair away and also possibly do some hair transplant but I’m having a hard time finding someone who specializes in reshaping hairline Advice greatly appreciated. Thank you

Very likely that you would benefit from so called coronal forehead lift. Incision is made in hair-bearing scalp, parallel to hairline (zig-zag incision ), forehead skin is undermined to the brows and pulled up. Some skin is then excised. Incision is hidden in the hair. This way one can elevate hairline for approximately 1-1,5 cm. In person consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Natural hair lines are a bit random. Your before and after shows a very unnatural hairline that is caused by what is known as a pretrichial forehead lift. Surgeons claim these are "scar free." It is true that hair grow through the incision line helping to hide the incision. What is not true is that they are undetectable.  The incision compresses the hair line making it look unnatural. I think if you elect to pursue this work, you will come to regret the decision.  The decision is not reversible.

and your natural hair color is dark as it is in your photo, you could easily reshape your hairline with laser hair removal but your scalp skin may be slightly lighter than your forehead skin.  You could also have more formal surgical excisions done either at the hairline or through a coronal approach where scalp is removed back there and everything pulled up and back.  Laser would be the simplest was to achieve this if accepting of the potential skin color difference,
