If I had an endoscopic brow lift 7 mo ago from one surgeon, will that raise the cost of a revision from another surgeon?(photos)

You have two problems: the upper lid has a slight detachment of the muscle that opens the eyes. This should be corrected to improve the appearance of the eye and look less sleepy (I suspect that is what you mean by looking Asian). Skin needs to removed, more from the nasal area than laterally, in order to expose more of the platform of the upper lid in that area. Finally, you need better release of the brow ligaments then you likely received at the original surgery. I find it most consistent to go through the eye area to release the central muscle but also the lateral  ligaments located along the outer corners of the orbital bone. A central pull that you show is the easiest area to pull up (although i suspect that a simple skin removal in that area will give the parallel fold you seem to desire).

Revision brow lift should not cost more unless there were complications. In my opinion that technique does work as well as the Irregular Trichophytic Browlift which we developed 40 years ago. However if you have hairloss in the future this scar would need to be removed.

you are losing any benefits your surgeon's revision policy may have for you and you should expect to pay full fees to have someone else re-do your procedure.  Its always best to let your original surgeon fix any mishaps or dissatisfaction but if you have lost trust or confidence and do not mind paying full fees, then find another surgeon who will deliver for you and not just make an attempt.

As long as there were no complications after the endoscopic brow lift the cost of a trichophytic hairline brow lift should not increase even though this is a revision.
