The only one I know of is sculptra, however I see most people get around 3-6 vials each treatment for 2-3 treatments for around $500 a vial. I think this is a ridiculous amount for a non surgical procedure that only last 3 years. If I get 3 vials per side, 3 times that $9,000, just as much as surgery. Are there any other procedures similar to sculptra to help get rid of hip dips or are there any doctors who do sculptra on the hips for a reasonable price?

Answer: Non-surgical treatment for hip dips The only realistic option is fat transfer. Using fillers including sculpture is not cost-effective. The volume is needed are way beyond what fillers can offer. Fat transfer to the hip dips do not expose patients to the risk of fat emboli seen in a true BBL. so this procedure is much much safer. Of course if that is grafted into the true buttocks including the gluteal muscle then you're having a BBL with the risks associated. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Hip smoothing, body contouring Dear NY,You are so right, Sculptra is a great product for the face, but very pricey for body contouring.Fat Transfer is my favorite way to give body contouring to my patients, that is much more economical and lasts potentially decades. You will need to do Liposuction in order to get the fat for transfer, but this has become a minimally invasive procedure, in the right hands.Best.
