Can Radiesse and Sculptra both be used for a butt lift?

Hi Allie.  Because we do not offer plastic surgery procedures for the body, we do not have any incentive to suggest surgery, but for a Brazilian we would absolutely recommend surgery over fillers.  The amount of product you would need to see an appreciable change with a dermal filler buttlift would cost much more than the surgical procedure.  The best use of fillers is after the buttlift if there are any divots or imperfections.  The best use for Sculptra is in the face.  

Sculptra butt injections can help add volume and lift the buttocks in those individuals that do not have enough fat for a traditional brazilian butt lift, or do not want to undergo a surgical procedure. Keep in mind that Sculptra butt lifts usually require multiple vials over multiple treatment sessions and results will never be as dramatic as a brazilian butt lift. However, in the appropriate candidates with realistic expectations a nice improvement can be seen.Radiesse is now also being used to volumize the buttocks. However, the number of syringes needed for any noticeable result do not make this a very cost effective option and I would just stick with Sculptra. Make sure you see an experienced physician injector for an in-person consultation and evaluation and to minimize the risks of complications.
