Can I get Sculptra injections only on the bottom of my butt, 6 years post BBL?

I had a BBL in 2012. A lot of the fat has gone away but I’m content with the size. However, although the top of my butt is still plump I have no under butt. I don’t have enough fat in my body to do another bbl but is it possible to use sculptra injections to plump up the bottom of my butt?

Without photos, I can’t say if Sculptra would be the right treatment for you, but Sculptra can certainly be used to re-contour a BBL that’s started to fade. It takes a series of dilute injections and the volume change is subtle, not dramatic. If the top of your buttocks is very full, Sculptra may not be able to match it and may require other fillers like Voluma. Please find a board-certified dermatologist to take a look at your figure and recommend the best treatments to perk up your buttocks and get a cuter, bikini-ready look.

Sculptra butt injections can help add volume and lift the buttocks in those individuals that do not have enough fat for a traditional brazilian butt lift, or do not want to undergo a surgical procedure. It can also be used to fill in small areas of volume loss, including those after a BBL. Keep in mind that Sculptra butt lifts usually require multiple vials over multiple treatment sessions and results will never be as dramatic as a brazilian butt lift. However, in the appropriate candidates nice improvement can be seen. We combine the treatment with our HIFEM butt lifting procedure for optimal results. Make sure you see an experienced physician injector for an in-person consultation and evaluation and to minimize the risks of complications. Yes - this is a great use. In fact, BBL is no longer a recommended procedure but Sculptra is a great way to adjust things. It is especially helpful for people who don't have a lot of fat.We do this as an office procedure. That is, you come in and go the same day. Sculptra unlike other fillers increases volume as it induces collagen production. So the solution itself is not the one that produces the added volume. The process relies on the body's natural collagen production. It induces the body to produce collagen so that volume is increased in that area. This is exactly what Sculptra is designed for, it can be used in any individual who no longer has fat that is available for fat grafting. The procedure of Sculptra injection is very easy and can be performed under local anesthesia. We have been using Sculptra for over 20 years now with a great deal of success.
