What can I do about double butt, extra creasing after a BBL procedure and revision? (Photos)

I don’t find this attractive and I’m wondering what can be done to tighten this area or raise that crease or get rid of it if it is skin. I don’t want thigh lift, or the huge scar under buttocks, I think that would look worse. I also can’t get another BBL as my butt is already very big. I’m wondering what options I have to make one crease, more defined and tightened. Working out? Curious about body tight? Filling with Sculptra? Filling with fat?

Thank you for your question, In the right hands, well-placed Sculptra will give you great results. Keep in mind, it takes 3-6 months to see results with Sculptra. Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. I would go to a reputable plastic surgeon who can remove a small amount of fat in the areas where you think you're too big. This can be achieved with an extremely small cannula that should leave you with no scar whatsoever. Good luck from New York City
