Can I get a second round of lipo on my face?

I would be extremely careful with this and get a number of opinions before proceeding. Fat removal in the face is very tricky and can cause facial nerve damage. If overdone, it might not be easy to correct. You can find board certified plastic surgeons at plasticsurgery.org.

I do not do liposuction in the cheek area, the jawline or jowl area and around the mouth.  There are very important nerves which controlled the mouth that run through these areas.  Damage to the nerve can result in paralysis of the mouth and a crooked smile. Especially if you have had previous liposuction in this area there will be scarring that could increase the risk of nerve injury.

In my experience buccal fat pads should not be removed, and lipo of the buccal fat pads is not a very good area even if you decided to remove the buccal fat.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons.
