Can liposuction be performed on upper abdomen (under breasts, above belly button) at the same time that a TT is performed?

Liposuction can address stubborn, localized fatty deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. Both a TT and lipo can be performed in one surgery.  Liposuction results and the degree of improvement are entirely dependent upon the surgeon. I would have to see pictures or examine you to be able to make specific recommendations. There is a link provided. Yes, Liposuction can be done on the upper abdomen at the same time as a Tummy Tuck. It is actually a very common procedure to incorporate with the procedure. Sometimes the tissue above the belly button can be very dense and it needs to be thinned out to be able to pull it down appropriately. This is the best way to get great results, even though the tissue can be thick and dense. It is otherwise known as a Lipo-Abdominoplasty.

Liposuction of the area above the belly button and below the breasts is frequently performed.

Generally speaking, liposuction can be safely combined with a tummy tuck. In order to protect the blood supply to your skin to avoid complications with healing, there needs to be careful planning of what areas will be liposuctioned and what areas will be undermined by the tummy tuck. If performing liposuction on the upper abdomen, the tummy tuck will be modified in a way to minimize injury to your blood vessels yet still allow the surgeon to tighten your muscles and remove the extra skin. Some people carry a folder on their upper abdomen just below the information refold in the bottom of the rib cage.
This fold it's not an excess of fat but rather related to a skin attachment at the bottom of the rib cage.
It is very similar to the fold that many women get on the mid back referred to as the back bra roll.
During a tummy tuck The skin is separated from the muscle layer allowing it to be pulled down tight.
As the skin is being pulled tight the skin and fat layer thins out to dramatically.
Think of a rubber band of being stretched out.
The more it's stretched the thinner it becomes.
As long as the skin and fat layer is separated from the muscle layer high enough to includes The scanned attachment described above liposuction should not be needed.
If during the TT The skin is not separated far enough patience will be left with a large skin fold under their breast with a tight lower abdomen.

As long as your plastic surgeon is aware that this represents a skin attachment and needs to be freed up during surgery you should not need liposuction.
Liposuction can be done in conjunction with a tummy tuck but some plastic surgeons are reluctant to do aggressive liposuction at the same time in order to minimize the chance of complications.

The simple answer is YES but an examination is needed to say what would give you the best result.  So go on some complimentary consultations and compare recommendations and fees.  That said I routinely remove fat via Lipo and/or direct excision in that area during a TTDr Corbin

With less undermining of the abdominal skin liposuction of the upper stomach becomes safer and possible option for you during your tummy tuck. There is a technique that some plastic surgeons avoid because the are not as familar or well versed in this  technique. When performed properly, healing problem may be avoided while achieving better cosmetic outcomes. If you had a thick skin envelope that requires liposuction to thin it out, a tummy tuck alone will only remove the excess redundant skin. Otherwise your belly will still look "chubby". For example, if you had a great figure and wear a fur coat, no one will be able to see your nice figure. On the other hand, if you wear a thin evening gown, your figure can be seen. Similarly, liposuction would allow you to change the fur coat for an evening gown to show off your figure.
