I'm a 27 year old female and I've had this one ring of fat around my neck my whole life. Even when I was at my slimmest (135lbs), it was still present. I am 5'6 and currently 145lbs. Although I do consider myself 'normal' weight, I know that there are always a couple of extra pounds to be shed. I had seen a doctor previously about it (approx 4 years ago) and he said because it wasn't fatty lower down then it wouldn't be a thyroid issue. Just curious for some input
