Can local anesthesia for Chin Lipo be dangerous?

Thanks for sharing.  Having performed thousands of neck lipo procedure under local anesthesia and oral sedation, I can tell you it is a very safe procedure in experienced hands.  I would even say this method is safer then having IV anesthesia. I like the oral sedation (valium) to have the patient relaxed. Doing it in a "hospital room" suggests that it is an accredited surgical facility and even adds to your safety factor.  I do the same and perform the procedure in an accredited surgery center even if it is under local anesthesia and oral sedation.  It is very similar to the dentist as Lidocaine is injected to numb the skin.

setting with the right concentration, avoiding lidocaine toxicity, and injected
into the subcutaneous tissue and not in the vessels assuming that you do not
have any allergies to any of the components used.I hope this helps.

 Neck liposuction is a surgical procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia with the patient  totally awake, under sedation, or under general anesthesia.
