Is a scarless lip lift possible as I saw claims that 100% of the scar can be hidden in the upper lip?

Hello, I am interesting in doing a lip lift and while all my researches lead me to the bullhorn procedure that leaves a thin scar in the form a bullhorn right at the base of the nose, I also stumbled upon 2 other surgeons who claim they can obtain the same result either by covering 80% of the scar inside the nostrils, while the other says that 100% of the scar is hidden inside the upper lip. My question is, is that even possible? Thank you for your feedback.
