You should seek the best surgeons for your rhinoplasty and not make this about getting a bargain price. This is your face. Prices do range, likely from under $10,000 to around $15,000 or a little more in New York

The cost of rhinoplasty will vary based upon a number of factors including the skill/expertise/experience of the surgeon, the complexity of the surgery (revision surgery will be more expensive), and where you will be having the surgery.  For example, hospitals tend to be more expensive than surgi-centers, but this can vary.  There are surgeons that do participate with various payment plans as well.  Best wishes.

2 basic questions must be asked before cost can be determined. 1- are there breathing issues and a deviated septum that can qualify for some insurance coverage. In general, Insurance can lower the cost of the procedure by 30-40%. 2- is it a partial rhinoplasty (profile or tip) or a full rhinoplasty. Partial rhinoplasty is about 60% of the operative time of a full procedure. Since some of your costs (facility and anesthesia) can be time based, it is important to know this. Factoring the answers to these 2 questions, rhinoplasty in NYC can cost between $7000-$12000 on average.
