Hello. Costs vary greatly between surgeons and between cities. Typically NY is one of the most expensive cities in the country for plastic surgery procedures. If you are on a budget, I recommend looking at equally qualified doctors in other, less expensive markets.

Rhinoplasty is the most complex procedure in cosmetic surgery. Even experts may need to do minor revisions on their own work. You should seek the best surgeons for your rhinoplasty and not make this about getting a bargain price. This is your face. Prices do range, likely from under $10,000 to around $15,000 or a little more in New York

The cost of rhinoplasty will vary based upon a number of factors including the skill/expertise/experience of the surgeon, the complexity of the surgery (revision surgery will be more expensive), and where you will be having the surgery.  For example, hospitals tend to be more expensive than surgi-centers, but this can vary.  There are surgeons that do participate with various payment plans as well.  Best wishes.

2 basic questions must be asked before cost can be determined. 1- are there breathing issues and a deviated septum that can qualify for some insurance coverage. In general, Insurance can lower the cost of the procedure by 30-40%. 2- is it a partial rhinoplasty (profile or tip) or a full rhinoplasty. Partial rhinoplasty is about 60% of the operative time of a full procedure. Since some of your costs (facility and anesthesia) can be time based, it is important to know this. Factoring the answers to these 2 questions, rhinoplasty in NYC can cost between $7000-$12000 on average. 

Rhinoplasty prices vary greatly
because the rhinoplasty procedure itself encompasses a wide range of
techniques that can be performed to different extents.Therefore the cost
range is pretty wide from $6000-$12,000. My recommendation is to first
find qualified surgeons   that are board certified by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery or the American Board of Otolaryngology. Find one or
two surgeons you trust, then compare prices between them. Factors that
influence the price include:
1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight
stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctors office?
2. Type of Anesthesia -  IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a
board certified anesthesiologist or a nurse anesthetist be used, or an
RN?
    
 
3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best
trained (and longest) would be a surgeon board  certified by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery, but also consider American Board of
Otolaryngology trained surgeons
    
 4. Length and Complexity of
Surgery - Tip Rhinoplasty only or complete rhinoplasty, open or closed
technique, deviated septum repair,or breathing problems corrected, , how
long, ?etc

It is hard to tell from the photos, but it appears that you have a bump that can be lowered and a tip that can be refined. The cost will vary from surgeon to surgeon, but is usually between $5000 and $10000. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
