I have a hump that bothers me and hurts if someone bumps on my nose. I would like it to be removed. Here's my nose pictures, what do you think it also needs? I would like to have a slightly raised tip instead of a very straight nose. How much will it cost in new York, and do you know doctors in new York? Is there also payment plans? Since rhinoplasty in general is a pricey Surgery?

Answer: Cost vary Hello. Costs vary greatly between surgeons and between cities. Typically NY is one of the most expensive cities in the country for plastic surgery procedures. If you are on a budget, I recommend looking at equally qualified doctors in other, less expensive markets.
