What exactly is the difference between an aquiline nose, a roman nose and a Greek nose? (photos)

Question

A doctor told me my nose is Romanesque with an over rotated tip (I'm guessing that means upturned? Correct?) at the same time. Is that possible? A roman nose that is upturned (a celestial feature)? I've attached 4 photos to this question. Thanks.

Your correc diagnosis is short septum (genetical condition) producing high nasolabial angle; this needs correction with septal lenghtening techniques.Additionally you have a poorly defined and slightly short tip; the solution is Sheen's graft technique.A slight hump covers all over your dorsum and needs shaving.Your nose is not a common combination of features, the question is not how the doctor calls it, we are into Medicine and not about arts or fashion trends, you deserve a correct accurate and professional diagnosis and a very good expert in rhinoplasty to success through your difficult nose.

Rather than worrying about what kind of nose you currently have, it is more important to figure out what type of nose you would like get with the rhinoplasty procedure, and  find an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to accomplish your goals. Computer imaging performed in the office setting would be helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with the procedure
