A doctor told me my nose is Romanesque with an over rotated tip (I'm guessing that means upturned? Correct?) at the same time. Is that possible? A roman nose that is upturned (a celestial feature)? I've attached 4 photos to this question. Thanks.

Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.After having analyzed all the info. and photo provided to us, I can realize that probably the nasal graft has moved.In this regard, I recommend removing and consider perform other graft more stable, to improve the columellar area...
Patients who have allergic rhinitis are still candidates for rhinoplasty. During the initial post-op period, your nose is stuffy anyway so you won't even notice the allergic issues. I would suggest picking a time when your allergies are not as active. The discomfort is not that bad following...
