The correct operation to fix your sagging and nipple position would be best determined in person based on measurements and what you consider to be a successful outcome.
Thebest technique for you is called The Ultimate Breast Lift™.The breast tissue is reshaped creating upperpole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increaseyour cleavage. This technique avoids theugly vertical scars of the traditional technique, maintains nipple sensationand the ability to breast feed.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
A vertical breast lift would be a reasonable option just based upon those photos. Find an expert in breast surgery who has great reviews and great before and after photos.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Hi Lisa,The woman in the photo would need a breast lift along with her augmentation. So I would guess, based on what you said, that you would need the same. Be sure to see only a board certifiedplastic surgeon (by ABPS - The American Board of Plastic Surgery) who is amember of ASAPS (The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and or a memberof ASPS (The American Society of Plastic Surgeons). Also, ask if they have anestablished, high volume breast augmentation practice, performing severalhundred breast augmentations each year. Ask to see their before and afterphotos if you didn’t see any on their website. If they are experienced, they should have several 100 breast implant patients for you to view. Iwould also recommend that your doctor offer you the chance to talk to pastpatients who would be happy to discuss their experience with you. Youneed to feel comfortable, so make sure the environment is safe as in anaccredited surgery center. Also, ask a prospective surgeon if he or she hasever published journal articles in professional peer-reviewed journals, whichthey can provide you.All the best,“Dr. Joe”
If you have sagging of your breast than the right treatment would be at least a breast lift. Sometimes a breast augmentation it would be necessary to give volume. Your main issue is keloid formation. If you truly have to keloid formation in my opinion I would not recommend surgery because the scars are long and every where there is an incision there is the possibility of keloid formation
For sagging breasts the only option that will actually work and give you the results you want is a breast lift. It's hard to make a real recommendation over the internet without a real photo, talk to a local board certified plastic surgeon to get an in-person evaluation and opinion.
Thank you for your question. It is difficult to give a precise answer without a physical exam or even a photo of the actual patient. If your nipple areola complex falls below the inframmary crease ( the fold under your breast), chances are you would need a breast lift. I am not familiar with any type of laser treatment that would improve your situation. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is a member of the Aesthetic Society and discuss your options.Best of luck,
From what you tell us, you are a candidate for a Goes circumareolar lift (scars only around the areola) with internal brassiere or for a Lejour Lift (Lollipop incision). The determining factor for which one is right for you will be the distance from the sternal notch (top of breast bone) to the nipple. If you are less than 25cm's, then you can get a circumareolar lift. For more than 25 cm's, you can get a Lejour. If you would like more information, please read my book, "Cosmetic Breast Surgery - a complete guide from A to double D".
NONE!!!! Only incisions can lift. Plus I doubt you are a keloid former. Best to seek IN PERSON opinions......
Unfortunately, the only option to lift a sagging breast is with a mastopexy procedure (breast lift). The degree or extent of scars will be dictated by the level of severity of your sagging. I suggest you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your degree of ptosis (droop) and provide recommendations on the type of breast lift required to give you your desired result. Hope this helps!
Whether or not you'll have drains depends on your individual surgeon so you'll need to talk to him or her about this. Some surgeons use drains nearly all the time for a procedure like this, some hardly ever, and some base it on the extent of the procedure, among other individual variations...
Ok, so you likely have breasts that are looking long and possibly heavy but you are a small frame ( from the 32 meas). First, can you correct the heaviness ( if a problem) with a breast lift/reduction? Yes. Second, can you reshape the breasts if they are too long? Yes,...
Hello! Thank you for your question. The answer will vary among surgeons. Typically, incisions without complications will be sealed in 48hrs (up to 72 hrs). Surgeons often times do not want this to occur before cleansing of the incisions, with the possible introduction of...
