How can I achieve cheekbones with a round face? (Photos)

Question

I really wouldnt know how to describe my face except that it is round and i have a lot of cheek. Im not sure if id consider my cheeks flat or full. Btw i am 20 years old. If anyone can give me any tips on what im trying to achieve or any opinions on other areas of my face, id be thankful. The third pic is of what i hope to acquire.

In younger patients, it is not usual to have full cheeks, as buccal fat tends to be full until the 20s. Afterwards, faces often slim down. Buccal fat removal can be done at any age, but it may decrease in the next few years. In the interum, consider using voluma or other temporary fillers to build up the cheek bone. That can often de-emphasize the buccal fat and give the shape you are seeking.

being said, based on your photographs, you may benefit from fillers or malar implants.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most

You have flatter cheekbones with a fuller face below them. The combination of specially designed cheek implants that extend back along the zygomatic arch and buccal lipectomies give you the best chance for that type of facial effect.

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, facial implants (cheek, chin), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  From the photos, your cheeks are very flat in the front, there is excess fat in the mid face and the chin is weak.  These combine to create an elongated, oval shaped face.  
 Following my beauty principles, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front.  Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face.
 I have performed many Chin Augmentations using chin implants for over 30 years.  From the photos, your chin is weak.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin.  Chin augmentation using a silastic chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty.  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery.
 The back portion of your jaw line is a bit weak and can be augmented, without making your face appear masculine, using precise placement of a dermal filler (I prefer using Restylane Lyft).
