Ptosis? Would blepharoplasty or thermage help? (Photo)

Once I turned 19 (I'm now 24), I noticed my eyelids started drooping a bit (is it ptosis?). They droop and you see a slight crease/shadow above. It's more noticeable in natural light. I want to just tighten up my overall eyelid so that's not visible anymore. I don't know if it's skin or fat or whatever that's causing it, and want to know if surgery or thermage (or even something else) would help. BUT I want to keep my monolids- NO double eyelids.
