I had lipo on my thighs over 5 years ago and still have loose skin. I work out at least 3 times a week for 2 hours doing Barre and PiYo as well as my usual home and gardening work. I want to know if Cool Sculpting will correct this problem. I do not wish to have an invasive procedure.
Answer: Coolsculpting Does Not Tighten Skin It sounds like you are doing everything you can. The thigh area is a concern for many people as the skin here is thinner naturally. Coolsculpting reduces a small amount of fat in the treated area and does not tighten skin. Debulking your thigh area (for example by reducing fat) could make the laxity you describe worse. You could consider skin tightening treatments which are non surgical and produce a subtle improvement to the tone and texture of skin. There are many different brands of skin tightening treatments available, using different technologies such as infrared light, RF or laser. It is important to choose a clinic that will manage your expectations properly and have several options for you to chose from. One of the skin tightening treatments we offer is SkinTyte which uses infrared light. It can be used on the face or body. Over the course of several treatments collagen is stimulated which subtly improves the tone and texture of the skin. It is difficult to tighten skin in the thigh area and you should expect very subtle improvements which might not meet your expectations.

Answer: Coolsculpting Fat Removal - add Vanquish, trusculpt iD, Cellutone, EVIVE, ZWave -- “Fire and Ice” Non Surgical Fat Reduction If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement. However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. This will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a body contouring and hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Skin Tightening Hello,Thank you for your question. Unfortunately CoolSculpting is not a skin tightening procedure. It is designed to treat stubborn pockets of fat. You may want to consider something like ThermiSmooth. This non-invasive procedure uses Radio Frequency to help tighten the skin. Please consult with a local provider to determine if this would be the best course of action for you! Best of luck!

Answer: CoolSculpting and skin tightening CoolSculpting is FDA-approved to tighten skin under the chin when that area is treated. But it is not an effective skin-tightening method elsewhere. And removing more fat could actually make the loose skin worse. I would not recommend CoolSculpting to tighten loose skin on the thighs.

Answer: Coolsculpt for skin laxity Hi,Coolsculpt is a great treatment for fat reduction, however, it does not treat laxity in the skin. There are other non invasive skin tightening modalities, such as Radio Frequency devices, that will better address your concern. I suggest partnering with your local service provider to determine the best treatment plan for you.
