I am a 50-year-old woman (5'6", 125 pounds) who underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift seven months ago. My goals were to achieve a tighter jawline and improvement in my marionette lines. Unfortunately, I have not seen improvement in either area. My jawline shows no tightening and now appears bulky, particularly on the left side. My surgeon has stated that this is due to my anatomy and does not see an issue, but I am unhappy with the result, as it looks worse than before surgery. Is revision surgery an option to improve this outcome?
